The connection process

Whether you're making the move to natural gas in a new or existing business, we're here to help make the connection process easy.

Step 1

Get in touch with us

Call us on 1300 001 001 to lodge a new connection request. We'll confirm if natural gas is available to your property, and organise a cost assessment.

Step 2

Arrange payment

If there are any costs for connection, we'll take your payment at this point so we can start installation.

Step 3

Install service line

We'll arrange for our contractors to install the connection from the gas mains in your street to the meter on your property.

Step 4

Choose a gas provider

let them know you've organised a natural gas service and ask for a 'natural gas meter fix'. They'll set up your billing account and authorise us to install your meter. Need help to find a provider?


We'll need authorisation from a gas provider before we can install a gas meter.
